All the products on this site feature original artwork by artist Nicole Warrington. The products are designed by Nicole Warrington, using her own artwork, and are produced by Art of Where, a Montreal manufacturing company. The policies below are dictated by Art of Where. Policies apply to all products including clothing, pillows, art prints & canvas, device cases and stationary (excluding original paintings). 


Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order. Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.

In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, the manufacturer, ArtofWhere, reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.



US orders ship with USPS first class mail or priority (depending on package size) with tracking. We import orders ourselves across the border so US shipping addresses do not encounter surprise fees or duties (applies to orders under $800 value).

Orders over $800 or orders that are requested express are shipped with DHL. These orders may encounter additional import or duty fees when crossing the border which are the responsibility of the customer.


Canadian Orders ship with Canada Post Expedited with tracking and can be upgraded to UPS or XpressPost if needed. Email us for upgrades and rates.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, Art of Where does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.


International orders ship with USPS and may or may not encounter additional fees when crossing borders. Please be up-to-date on your country's import rules. Please note we cannot artificially reduce the value of orders.

Orders under $100 will not have tracking, and orders above $100 will have tracking.

We can upgrade international orders to express. Please contact us for rates and services.

Expected Delivery Time frames


Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped.

US ship-outs occur on 3 times a week Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday.


Orders for Canadian customers normally take 2-8 business days to arrive.

Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days. Shipping to Ontario is usually 1-2 days. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days.


International orders generally take 10-21 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. We have seen international shipments take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Some countries hold packages at the local post office until inquired for.

Return shipping address

The return address for USA and International orders is a PO box in Champlain NY and the return address for Canadian orders is the Art of Where studio in Montreal. Items returned to either address will need to be processed upon receiving. We will attempt to contact you if an item addressed to you or your customer is returned. To reroute a returned parcel, please contact us.


Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier or postal service. If your shipment is experiencing difficulties, please try to contact the postal service first. If you need further assistance, contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

For lost shipments, we usually are required to open a case with the postal system before we can proceed with a reprint. This can take up to 14 business days.

We are not liable for any errors made by shipping and courier services. We work with our customers on a case by case basis for shipping related problems.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be responsible for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
